Zella Day and Jesse Woods brought a feeling of ecstasy to the Cambridge room at house of blues in Dallas. As the lights dimmed, Jesse walked up to the stage. His slender stoic body comanded an energy in the room. Listen. The audience leaned in closer. As he gets his guitar set up, Zella gets up on stage as well. She commanded an energy of excitement and mysteriousness. Jesse and Zella looked deep into each others eyes as the audience swooned. The feeling changed to somber as the lights turned a deep red.
